รับคืนและส่วนลดจ่าย หมายถึง การที่กิจการขายสินค้า หรือให้บริการ กับลูกค้า แล้วลูกค้าต้องการคืนสินค้า หรือ มีการให้ส่วนลดลูกค้า จากกรณีสินค้าเสียหาย หรือสินค้าชำรุด เป็นต้น
